Ridgway Powdered Metals has recently made a $2,000,000 investment in new equipment including a 550-ton, muli-action, 5-level molding press and a 350-ton, multi-action, 4-level molding press.

The new presses from Gasbarre Products in DuBois, PA will add a considerable amount of molding capabilities to our plant which will have the potential to eliminate numerous secondary machining operations. In doing so, we can therefore offer considerable cost savings to several of our customers.

Below are some parts we currently manufacture in-house with our new equipment.

Our facility also includes an additional 31 Molding presses ranging from 6-200 tons and 6 Sizing presses ranging from 6-100 tons. We have high-temperature sintering available in-house for Stainless Steel applications and work with the full array of other p/m materials.
